Calls Drop When Received & More...

Whenever I receive an incoming call, it drops itself within the first 3 seconds after I get a call unless I instantly hit the 1 key on my keypad. Ridiculous. You should also allow me to send pictures and group MMS. And I should also have the option to change my text tone. Not fair, the tri-tone annoys me and my brother because we dont know who got a text on their phone.
