"Call failed, try without Google voice" error message for 4 months straight no support

What is the point of having an app if you can use it? Ive gone to the forum to seek help and there are others who are having the same issues and not help what so ever!
I worked fine in December 2015, but now cant get it to work. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling- no help. And Google decided to come out with this forum that really is no help at all. So if you want it to work this isnt your app.
