Please fix this app!

I use this app to run my business (a small mental health private practice). Since the update, I cant open the app, log in, or return client calls or texts. Obviously, I cant build a business around software thats unreliable. Please fix this quickly, or Ill need to arrange an alternative - which I would hate to do because up until now its been an absolutely wonderful app.
