Worse & worsening

Update: please PLEASE FIX IT!!! This is worse than an upgrade, its a downgrade? How can you achieve such a feat of backwardness?

Seriously do any of your developers have to use this any part of the day?

Fire the quality control person SERIOUSLY!

Ive use google since before google bought it, when it was Grand central, so Ive been using this app since they made it. Every update has gotten progressively worse & less user friendly. It took 10 years to add ability to send & receive pics. If I didnt know any better Id say they forcing people to not use it anymore. Prove me wrong by fixing this garbage of an app. Whoever is developing this app obviously isnt using it on a regular basis, if at all. Who thinks its common sense to get rid of direct dial?
