Loads slow

This app takes SO LONG to load when I open it. And why wont this app ring in with VOIP calls? Why do I have to forward to hangouts? I dont like hangouts, I cant figure out how to initiate a text in that mess. These are all issues we complained about to developers years ago, youd think the updated version would fix this.
Two stars because it does technically work.
