Glitchy and slow to update

One time I tried to listen to voice mail and it kept playing the previous voice mail.

Most of the time there will be a badge notification on the app icon and even though I have viewed it it is annoyingly still there. I have to pull out of the message, then go back to it a few times before the badge is updated and would disappear.
