Possibly the slowest iOS app

The latest major update of the iOS Google Voice app took it from a visually outdated experience to an equally outdated visual experience. The major difference is that the app is now so staggeringly slow, its barely usable. When a new text arrives, you open the app, and wait second after second to see even the main list update. Then you tap the conversation and begin the waiting process for the conversation to update with the new text.

Also, the dialing interface using contacts is clumsy and counterintuitive.

Searching old texts is both sluggish and confusing.

Its like the app was designed as a test of patience.
