Crashes often, no sync with contacts

Ive had this app for several years using Android, it never crashed. It crashes several times a day with IOS.
There seems to be no way to sync my hundreds of contacts in voice it gmail with the IOS contacts.
Otherwise, I still love Google Voice, just find it frustrating with my iPhone
