Unusable because it crashes

Edit: it crashes almost every time I use it.

Ive used this app for years. Im in sales and it helps me organize communication by client. Additionally, my voicemail is NEVER full. Recently, the app crashes 50% of the time Im using it. Its frustrating to type a text and have the app crash
