What a disaster

I’ve been a Google Voice user since it first came out. That includes when Google abandoned the product. I’m glad to see they are attempting to reinvigorate the product but on iOS (11) it is horrible. The Android version is fine. Not only does it crash constantly, it burns my iPad battery at an alarming clip. Finally, the most annoying bug is that every time I receive a message, I have to tap on the name of the sender for it to show up in the message list. Ie I have to refresh Voice each time I receive a message even if I’m in the midst of an ongoing chat with the same person. This bug doesn’t even seem to be understood but it makes the product unusable on iOS.
