Great service, buggy app

I’ve used this service since the Grand Central days, and I think it’s awesome. But this app is terrible. The UI is often unintuitive (e.g. I press an icon for a person, and it’s checked, but I didn’t want to check it, and I can’t press it again to uncheck it), but the real problem is the bugs.
- the badge notifications often fail to detect when a message has been read.
- messages are regularly displayed out of order, or not at all. You have to leave the messages and return to see them. This can lead to more duplicates, or mid-ordering, or...
- the app crashes a few times an hour. Most often when returning to the app, but often when using it.

The service is wonderful, and I’m surprised more people aren’t using it, but this app is alpha quality.
