Crashes Every-time

I don’t no what happened but like the previous reviewer I use for business only but now I can’t reply to a text before it crashes.
I saved the website on my home screen as a work around but it doesn’t make you aware of calls so I keep both now and considering alternatives.
Just stop the crashing and this app is great??‍♂️
