Crashes often enough to keep us crazy

Wow, such a handy app, such useful features, but why does the iOS version crash daily?
Crashes regularly on our iPod Touch, iPhone SE, and iPad Pro.
Yes, a crash report if offered for quick delivery to Google, but we see no progress in crash-reducing behavior.
Our Android devices use Google Voice with nary a crash....hmmmm, wonder which OS gets more attention from Google.
