Why can’t this APP get fixed

This app has been crashing with every use for months now. It’s surprising that it can’t be fixed. I have tried reinstalling the app, resetting the phone, and re-installing iOS, and nothing has worked. Even waited for apples updates and I am still unable to get the app to work correctly.

The only thing I can conclude is that development on the app has been abandoned.
