Used to be a great app..but now it crashes all the time and half the time the messages don’t get to me for several hours and calls don’t ring into my iPhone..ready to dump this app

I opened the app and signed in. As soon as I click accept for terms and conditions the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. This happens on both iPhone and iPad.

Nice the app. Use it all the time! NEEDS TO HAVE A BETTER WAY TODL DELETE ARCHIVE CONVERSATIONS AND CALLS!! Going into each one gets annoying. Rather than love it. Would give it 5 if they can update it to a better way

google voice should have been able to send emoji. Still not able to, disappointed

It used to work great. I use this app because I travel a lot and need a number from the state I am in. I can’t hear when the phone is ringing and the call doesn’t go through many times.

Trying to use with automated phone systems fails. Very many times the tones for choice selections fail to translate resulting in errors. For example if you try to activate a gift card on an automated system it will fail.

Too many crashes. Unreliable and difficult to use. Its a Google product?!?

I don’t know what happened. Within the past week or 2, when making a phone call I hear complete silence, no ring tone. Then, unexpectedly, the person I am calling either picks up or I get their voicemail - without hearing a rig tone.

Lots of things that cant be done still within this app. Share being peak among them.

I really like Google Voice legacy online. I can click a box and archive a lot at a time. The new GV doesn’t allow Archive All. You have to click each one individually and then hit archive. It’s frustrating trying to keep a clean box. Still having this issue: I like to clean, archive and delete. Idk when it happened, but all my archived calls are on my app again. Archived as many as I could just now but I realized the old stuff just loads as soon as I archive the recent ones. Google Voice, I love you but someone just dumped you all out and I’d appreciate it if that someone would clean up their mess!

I can’t start a new text message. I paste number first and then before I can do anything the box disappears. If I try to put text first then still after I hit box to put number in, it opens it and the whole rest of the window becomes white.

If you’re in an office with lots of WiFi flying around, it works great. But if you’re out in your car whizzing around, not so much. You can hear the phone ring thru the car’s blue tooth, but you can’t answer it because you have to manually pick up the phone, hit the key pad to select “1” to answer the phone. Like I have time to do that while I’m driving. And, the other thing I don’t like is that I can’t delete all the calls I’ve made since I started using the thing. Unless I want to archive all of them, then delete the ones that are in archive. Google, I want to keep from hoarding data on my devises. Help me out here!

I missed a call and was emailed that I missed it. There wasn’t a notification on the app icon like there normally is. This app never rings either. It is great for text messages but not for phone calls.

I love Google Voice but why on earth would you make it not compatible with iOS 9. The higher the iOS number the more Apple interferes with services. Stay compatible with at least with iOS 9 or even 8. Keeping it compatible will allow people to repurpose theyre older devices. In the long run it can promote more revenue for google. If google was smart they would design a google iOS that can take over the older iPhones. They would have a whole new market to work with.

We use this for our business and appointment reminders. Having to send each patient the same message 50+ times is EXTREMELY time consuming. Would love to be able to turn off group messaging!!

This is super helpful, especially for work! It would be great if we had a place to store contacts. (If I mix my work contacts with my iPhone contacts, it will get me super confused.) Also! Please fix the photo attachment options. It looks weird and confusing.

Cant paste in GIFs. So I cant use this with Gboard? Come on, same company get your interfaces right.

Just downloaded update and there is no sound on the phone call

How is it after the last update, the app suddenly doesn’t translate via voice anymore? Tried numerous times with a number of options. Please fix asap.

I have everyone programmed into my phone with a name and number. When I am in the app it shows everyone’s name but when someone messages me all I see is their number not their name. This is very frustrating as I do not know everyone’s number so I do not know who is texting me. Can you please fix this?????
