I use it daily, couldnt work with out it. Great features to record, document, track, transcribe calls and messages. Good call quality. Pick my phone number and area code. All for free? Yep. Thanks Google. (No, I was not paid or asked to write this review.)

I had google voice working on my iPhone 6S+ for years and it stopped working. Googles website tells me to push buttons on the app that are not there. ATT has spent many hours with me trying to solve the problem. Google has no support. I would pay for them to fix it. Its not like Google is some poor startup. Please Google, make voice work again. I see many others out there in my position losing business because of this.

Google we need this app to have mms I love using google voice just make it up to date

my google voice can be used on hangouts but cannot be used on this app. why?

The text window is too close to the buttons at the bottom. When typing a text message I often hit the bottom buttons by mistake. This wastes a lot of time. Google please fix this. Also cannot see all participants in a group text, just the sender. Also, no MMS receipts via text. I just downgraded you from 5 stars to 1 star because it has been too long.

Every other Google app will automatically login once the first one in authenticated but not this one. Its asking me to log in like it was a new app and I just cant get it to work. Maybe its not handling the two-step verification right. Whatever the reason, I cant use it.

Anytime I try to block spam or delete a message it force closes on me. Yuk!

I use this app everyday for work. I would agrees with updating the thread in the texts. It gets confusing to go back to see what it is they are talking about. Recently I have been having an issue texting out, it does not allow me to text out unless I receive a text. Is there a cap on the amount of texts you can send out?

Its calling a number for making calls but either the number wrong or app is a scam. I want my credit back!

I dont understand why a google app looks like this. A brand is supposed to be consistent across all platforms and products. Wheres the material design?

What is the point of having an app if you can use it? Ive gone to the forum to seek help and there are others who are having the same issues and not help what so ever! I worked fine in December 2015, but now cant get it to work. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling- no help. And Google decided to come out with this forum that really is no help at all. So if you want it to work this isnt your app.

I got a G voice number for business purposes. I intended for the two numbers and accounts to be separated. That is not the case! My calls on my iphone automatically goes to my Google voice voicemail and my Google voice call log displays all of the calls that come to my iphone not just the calls that come to the google voice account! Not cool!

That is the standard message I get for every call. I pay $10 for international calls that I can not use!

The worst app ever！！！！

This app is on my IPad. I had a phone stolen and wanted to see what happened to hangouts when I changed the password. On my new phone Hangouts booted me until I put in the new password. On the Google voice app for Apple. It is still signed in so if someone stole your device and you change the password they can still see everything you do and use your number.

You dont even need this app any longer as you can do everything in hangouts. You can separate your sms from your hangouts messages, your google voice sums and calls from your carriers,all within the app. The only reason I use this app is I have an iPad mini first gen and it doesnt include a calling option.

Seriously google! You guys are great with everything but why are you guys slacking on this app! Text message history randomly gets deleted. New thread randomly starts then goes back to old thread...this gets confusing when talking to multiple people. Sent messages dont always appear! Caller numbers not always recorded (missed call from "unknown"). Very frustrating!!! Please fix these. These are basic sms/caller history concepts, not anything fancy..

Its only major fault is that it doesnt allows you to send and receive pictures. Google Voice integrates better with the iPhone than Hangouts, which is slow, terrible and shows you random people from Google plus on your contacts which confuses the heck out you!! and when some random Google+ contacts have similar names as the ones in your phone, you end up texting or calling complete strangers!!!
