I used this app and my google number exclusively for business and it was perfect for my needs...until recently! Now the app crashes all the time...usually when trying to send a text. So frustrating when I’m almost finished with the text and before I can hit send...BAM! It crashes...completely gone when I open the app again.

Four stars as encouragement for Google to see theyre on the right path. Im happy with the implementation of MMS. But overall the app is super slow, like nothing at all gets cached, and iPad support is pathetic.

Is Google ever planning to fix the constant crashing of the Google voice app on iOS? It occurs every few minutes after launching the app. Please please please fix it!! Although Im an iphone user, Im in the Google ecosystem and mainly use Google apps for everything including a number that I ported to Google voice. Thanks!

All it does is crash and when I try to create a contact, you can not make any notes for the contact. It won’t let you so you have to go to your regular contact list and reopen the contact THEN write notes. So tedious!

Optimization for iPhone X plz

I’m surprised that Google has been unable to fix the crashing issue with iOS 11. You would think that by now they would have been able to figure out what caused it and have been able to fix it. I wonder how many developers are working on it. Apparently not enough.

Pretty reliable for national and international calls. Love that I can always go to the computer and look for old messages :) and archive. I use it for work and for tinder dates lol

The idea of this app is great and it used to work a while ago before updates but now messages will never play back longer than 20 seconds and then the entire app crashes, it’s laborious and frustrating to try to listen to a three-minute message.

App is useless if sending text. It crashes constantly! I haven’t noticed problems with calls, so the app remains useful.

Can’t sign in nor accept black page of terms !! I’m sure not being able to see or read terms is illegal

Please resolve the crashing first and foremost. Within 20 seconds of opening the app it crashes every time. Please fix fellas!

Crashes regularly when writing messages. The new interface is nice enough but not worth the trade off in stability.

Such poor piss product from the greatest company. Google inspired to become a ui designer and they go head and make this app ??‍♂️

Ive had google voice since 2012 and each update just gets worse and worse. there are too many things the app is still incapable of doing to list.

How many reviews must we write before theres an update that fixes this crashing nonsense the app does repeatedly now? I dont understand. I second the other post, id gladly pay for this app if it meant the crashing repeatedly would stop. Just fix it. Ive been with google voice for years. Its never been this bad.

Okay. Great app on a general basis. Four stars, no doubt. But how in the hickory Smoked balls of hell is it not possible to Mass-delete messages?! You know what I did when I couldn’t figure it out? I Googled it. Then Google Said “Can’t Happen. We know. Don’t care”. (I’m paraphrasing). Here’s the thing; that was posted in 2016. How has this not been fixed yet?!!

I once praised and had high hopes for Google thinking we would wake one morning to download an OS to replace MS. Now, with the constant crashing of this app and Chrome on all my PCs, the Google name is losing my confidence. Time for Larry to roll up his sleeves, get back to the lab and turn the Page to get Google back to basics, and away from the “gotta get in your shorts” marketing strategy.
