This app consumes a lot of data crashes too much and overall have too many bugs!

Has anyone else has this problem where after you opened the app, closes unexpectedly, please fix it. I do love it I have business, school on their # and I don’t give my #. Please, fix it.

No matter how many times I uninstall turn off and reinstall, this is one app that I can fully count on crashing within 60 seconds. Far be it from me to try to update or correct something that got typed in for it WILL CRASH before I can hit Send or Select All / Copy.

When writing a text the app crashes

Loved using the app on Android. But its annoying to use on the iPhone. On our androids we were asked how we wanted to place calls now we have to open the app to place a call with our google number. It a was easy to allow students to call parents after school because you had easy access to the google number. Now I just say no since it’s so difficult to use the app.

Ive had google voice since 2012 and each update just gets worse and worse. there are too many things the app is still incapable of doing to list. It takes forever to load GV texts. So long that its actually faster to check my email (with Apples default mail app because the Gmail app is also AWFUL) to see them.

It used to work fine, but with the recent updates, now it keeps crashing while in the middle of typing texts. Very annoying. Google please update

App used to be fine, but with recent update now crashes nearly every time I try to write a text message. Extremely frustrating!

Overall pretty great to be able to have your calls/texts follow any phone or PC, but doesn’t support some videos and can’t do emojis on PC.

Google voice is our favorite Google app and nobody makes anything quite like it Never lose a voicemail or text again and if your phone gets smashed it’s no problem just load it on with another device and you’re back in business in minutes!

Come on Google!!!! The reliability and functionality of Voice app needs to keep up. App crashes often.

For about 2 months this app has been closing on its own whenever it’s open. It doesn’t matter if I’m typing a text, listening to a voicemail, or just have the app open while preparing to use it! I am now forced to type my text elsewhere, copy it, then open the app, paste it, then send it. It’s frustrating and annoying! Prior to this, it was great.

I’ve used this app for over 3 years with my GV #. I’ll preface this review by saying the app has gotten better over the years. Bad: It tends to crash for no reason The sms/mms functions are a bit limited when compared to other messenger apps or even basic iMessages. Good: Transferring a number is easy. The app does what it should at a basic level if you want to use GV as your main phone number. As a side note, I did try to use Google Hangouts a year or so ago on my iPhone, but the GV integration just wasn’t good enough so I went back to the GV app. I’ve heard it’s gotten better, but haven’t tried again.

Is impossible to use this application it crashes every time I open it using iPhone X on the Verizon Network.

I am glad they added the group text feature. But, it’s still laggy when making calls.

This app is constantly crashing. Impossible to text message.

Google does great things but this app feels as if it was developed a long time ago and stopped. Recommendations: 1. Integrate the call history with the phone call history. Along the same lines offer a call option. 2. It seems some of the notifications aren’t being used/triggered and I only see some of my calls and texts. 3. Improve the setting’s end user experience. They are wordy but not clear. I found the site to be a little easier to configure my settings. Also seem to have a lot more.

I’ve used Google Voice for years and the major drawbacks have been the support for media messages and group texts. Now that support had been added and it functions well, I can finally give this app a 5 Star review. I use an iPhone now and I rely on this app to continue to use my Google Voice number. It would be great if it integrated as good as it does on Android devices, but it is understandable.

The app does what its meant for which is to make and receive calls but thats about the only thing it does right. The application is slow and unresponsive. Text messages take sometimes 30 seconds to actually show up even though the notification went off. Contacts search feels like youre phone is stuck in mud. The entire application is sooooo slow. At least I can make calls though.
