Do I look like I want to archive anything?!

Such a great app but im tired of every time theres an update it does nothing but crash. Irritating and makes no sense in this day and age of technology. Just fix it.

It was a great tool..until it broke. Now it crashes every 90 seconds. If you want to be cross platform you have to fix your app!

Update 12/06/2017 Google voice is crashing every 15 to 30 seconds. When I go into settings, and disable contacts, GV doesn’t crash. But I need contacts on because it shows the names of my contacts when they call. Please fix google. No complaints until now. Google “voice” keeps crashing. Help!!!! Using a iPhone 6 with the latest update. I use Number and text for business. Every since update, app crashed after a 30 to 40 seconds of use. Please google, developer, fix this issue. Also, I’ve done the erase app and resetting phone over 4 times. Still crashes!!!! Help!!!!! Awesome app when not crashing :(

I use google voice for business exclusively, so my clients won’t have my personal cell number. The app updated when I updated to iOS 11.1.x on my iPhone 6. The app always crashes at a random time while I’m composing a text message. The crash often occurs within the first 15 to 20, so I usually will type my message outside the app, copy it, then open the app and paste it in the texting box. The app freezes and makes the icon appear dark on the home screen as if it’s updating the app. I’m uncertain why it turns dark. Google is a multi-billion dollar company. Their engineers should be able to fix this app.

I cant get past the terms and conditions page. Accept and cancel buttons do not work. Deserves 0 stars. I expect more from Google.

Its a great tool for business, when using on a computer, but since ios 11 on apple(current using iphone x) the app on the phone, and phone only crashes all the time and soon you start typing a text isCRASH it’s extremely annoying!! PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Can u make it easier to dial soneone. Add favorites option so we dont have to click 2-3 buttons to make a call.

For years, loved the app and service. Now, crashes after a few seconds opened. Fortunately, the call and message forwarding still works. Please fix!!

12/07/17 App crashes when trying to write or send text messages. They still don’t have favorites. 09/18/17 If the point of the App updates were to get me to use my iPhone app, then they have succeeded. The app takes a while to populate the names with the numbers and generally takes a long time to react during operations. There are still no favorites. They now show 3 "Suggestions" of people to call. Again, where are favorites? No voice? 04/17/17 Favorites still gone, still lags when starting up and searching and now voice calls are gone. It says you have to link your number and tries to link the number your calling. The app is not almost totally useless and forcing me to use the apple products. 02/16/17 The latest update seems to have fixed the speed issue on searching but there are still no favorites. Previous Update: I appreciate the update (can now search and messages are grouped) but what happened to the call favorites? I use the app as my separate work phone, but now it has too many issues. There are no favorites, but when you search, the phone locks up for 30 seconds. You used to be able to press a contacts name and then choose to text or call them, now that is gone. There are a lot of reviews from the tech community on how great it is that Google finally updated the app but no one mentions that they threw out call favorites or how difficult it is to make a call. My guess is that none of them actually use the app.

Texting crashes the app on iOS 11.2

Continually crashes, not sure if RAM issue or what but crashes about half way through replying to a text, every time. Huge time waster. PRO TIP: work around is to reply in notes and copy paste to app.

App crashes after a couple of minutes into using it. Writing messages only to have the app crash and delete it, making you start over is really annoying. I hope to see a fix ASAP.

Edit: acceptable speed on iPhone 7. Unusable with 5S Review below is based on 5S: Unacceptable UI responsiveness as in 10 seconds to respond to button press. Always. Occasional crashes. Cant send video MMS. Cant receive some types of MMS, get a "format not supported" message. I guess these are videos Im being sent but I wouldnt know. Unbelievably incomplete product and extremely poor quality due to the speed. Also I get notifications of missed calls and Im certain my phone didnt ring, perhaps it rang once? This is what google is about too much in their plate, quality suffers. Just sell off google voice already to somebody who will maintain it properly.
