Google voice has always required a lot of patience to use, but this version crashes constantly! It is hardly usable at all! Awful.

IT CRASHES EVEN WORSE NOW!!!!

This app is the greatest app for having a business phone interface and sending and receiving messages. However since the newest release that Apple half for the iPhone my screen is blacking out when I send text messages so I’m not sure if the interface for GOOGLE and the interface for Apple are colliding or what. Looking forward to having it fixed.

Keeps crashing on iPad Pro on IOS 11. Please fix it.

Ever since the big update last year, this app has gone uphill

Worked great for the first year I used it. Sometimes the app is a little slow to respond but that was only occasionally. Now 2 out of 3 times I try to send a text the app crashes and I lose everything I just typed. Was just starting to feel safe using it. :( Oct 2017

Same problem is seen on an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.0.1 and an iPhone 7 with iOS 10.3.3. Both are using the same Google user ID, both have VZW as the carrier. They have separate (different) Apple IDs.

This update is not working with my phone. the app shuts down almost always after spending some seconds on it. Please fix, now Im fearing I might not be getting calls for my business because of it

Can’t live without it. A few gripes: this app has always had troubles focusing on / displaying on the current, most-recent message when switching between menus or apps. It also crashes somewhat frequently. The inability to make true VoIP calls (like Skype) is bewildering.

This app used to be a godsend. For the last three or four days (it’s October 4 now), however, it dies suddenly and without rhyme or reason. It is beyond frustrating!

MMS doesn’t work, so this is essentially useless.

This app would be so much more useful if we could mark favorites in contacts ourselves.

Please fix, can’t use.

This has been ongoing even after the recent update it has gotten even worse. It will close down every time you open it even in the middle of a paragraph I’ve typed. I’ve had to avoid using this app recently. Fix it already.

Google Voice app is a nice feature and add-on. It allows me to make calls from my GV #, check texts and VM without needing to login via a browser. I wish it allowed me to record the greeting and VM message/greeting for missed calls from within the app. These 2 features are available via the website, but you have to do some digging to locate them (I had to go to the legacy version to be able to record both). Great service and Free!

Constantly crashes. I often see duplicate messages and have to exit out of a thread to make them disappear. Takes forever to load new messages even though I can see them in notifications. When it works, its great but wish they would improve it so I can use my Voice number without mixing SMS in my Hangout conversations.

With Google Voice, I can text responses to voicemail that has already been transcribed for me. Patients love it; I love it.

Multiple issues with the new update. 1. It crashes frequently 2. Incoming calls are not really routed to physical sim - I just get a missed call
