Open the app to send message. Paste number from contacts... cursor disappears. No text field to type. So f’n frustrating

App crashes constantly as I type in text messages. I have to retype messages 3 or more times. Google, please fix!! iPhone 6s on IOS 10.

I have used Google Voice for years and have seen ups and downs. Miss the speed of earlier releases, appreciate group messaging, miss having favorite contacts under speed dial, and appreciate ability to share pictures. Under IOS 11.1 Google Voice crashes frequently. This makes it annoying to type text messages without losing my work. Hope to see new releases that fix or reduce the number of crashes.

Missing Favorites. Missing Click-2-Call. This update is missing features, and therefore not fully functional. Keep the older version, that worked fine. This version is a step backwards. Very slow. Freezing a lot. Hard to review, if it doesnt work. Missing Favorites. Missing Click-2-Call.

Better on the UI lag but now it crashes after 2 minutes no matter what youre doing, and it makes the phone really hot. Another fail.

I’m not sure if others are experiencing this same issue, (crashing A LOT),but app was awesome until iOS 11 update. Updated GV as well didn’t fix... ?.

Since the last update, I notice that it kicks me to the home screen after half a minute or so then I lose the text I was typing.

1st of all the app is annoying and frustrating can google make it atleast user friendly google is a tech savvy company but stuck in the 90’s with there phone options this is 2017 U have to manually open each text message and phone call to delete no options to delete from home screen or a edit button to delete multiple ones swipe left to delete would be awesome it only give u option to archive texts n calls unless u open up each text message one by one what a hassle geez this 2017 this app been doing this since I downloaded it like 6 years ago Can you make where calls show up in one thread if a person calls 20 times i have 20 threads ugh missed calls n placed calls should b in one thread Also when someone text u if u have foward text messages to phone it only have they number not the name u saved in ur contacts forces you to have to look at your contacts to see who it is again very frustrating a company like google who is tech savvy should have the best apps even free apps like text me freetone sideline gives u these options

Not sure what happened, but this latest round of update has caused Google Voice to crash constantly. I can just have it open, not be doing anything, and it still crashes. It crashes every time I open the app. I have to send very short texts with the hope of getting the text out before the app crashes. Please Google, fix this.

Suggested Contacts can’t be reset or deleted...

I love everything about Google Voice. Have lost my phone a couple times and love how I can immediately redirect calls to another phone. This iOS app crashes sometimes but always restarts immediately. Worth a little app pain because of all the other benefits.

I like Google Voice but would prefer an option of deleting suggestion number from the dialing keypad.

Been using it since the early day but this most recent update on the iPad Pro 9.7 crashes or reboots for each message I send. Uninstalled and Reinstalled and still reboots so it is the app. Even using Chrome to use Google is terrible, so many things are broken and they don’t care. On downhill from here unfortunately...?

Love google voice. Very handy as a secondary phone number to give out. Also Much more affordable than using cell phone for overseas calls.

Keeps crashing iPhone 7 ios11 even after recent update

It needs to have a "do not disturb" or mute option for text messages, it only works for phone calls. Also, Id like the option to have a separate contacts list instead of using the one already provided by my phone. I use this app for a group chat among co-workers & dont rly want them in my contacts mixed in w.friends

PLEASE fix the app - keeps crashing every time! Gets worse with every update they do!!!!! Still jacked and now it continuously crashes. Google, wheres your quality control? What did you do with your competent programmers? Did they all go over to apple? It wasnt broken before the update but is now. All useful functionality is gone! Back to the drawing board you tech developers!!!
