Like others, Ive had nothing but problems with the last update. No idea if settings changed, etc., because all it does is crash now.

Prior version worked OK. The current version crashes on startup.

Crashes immediately and repeatedly. Google Voice used to be valuable. Now, Ill have to scramble to find an alternative.

Ive been trying to share a picture that I took a couple months ago but it wont let me see my pictures.. it stays loading the entire time. The only way I share a picture is if I take at the moment from the app camera access.

I enter one phone number and I get a pop up asking if I want to dial a completely different number. What a joke! Deleted.

Since the last update, google voice is a nightmare. Super slow for everything, confusing and it feels like it is faster to make calls from a computer than using the phone. Why did they do that? It was just fine before.

Was working fine - now my iPhone 6 cant even open the app - crashes on startup - still receiving txt .. via notification - cant respond thou! :( :(

Title says it all. No matter what number I call, or how I enter it, and window pops up saying "call ######?" The number shown is never the number I dialed. Ive tried the seven digit number. Adding the area code. Adding the country and area code. Always tries to call some random number I didnt dial. Which makes the app virtually useless. The texting seems to work. So theres that. At least the dialer in the Hangouts App still seems to work correctly.

I use this app for business purposes and I cannot make outgoing calls unless I link every number which then that number would receive all calls placed to my Google number. The last update has been crappy. I regret updating it. HURRY UP AND FIX IT!

Why, why, why?! I type in a number. I press call. I have to confirm that I want to call, AND THEN IT CALLS WHATEVER NUMBER IT WANTS TO. Doesnt matter if its in my phone book or not, it will literally just dial ANY SEQUENCE OF NUMBERS that it wants to.

I need to pair a number on every fresh app launch.

What did you do to the app? Its slow and non responsive. The UI gives NO FEEDBACK its horrible. Are you trying to kill this product too?

Update 26apr17... Even after many weeks of being forced to use this bad ? new version of this important app and the ultimate wish to just give us the previous version back... Still no improvement. That is sad Google!!! When are you going to improve your release process? I will be happy ☺ to help test too. Thanks. Sometime in the past... So sorry... It is super inefficient to split the channels. We all work with people and need to see all communication with one person, whether it is phone call or text or recording, all nicely in one log in time sequence, as it was before!!! Not to speak of how bad the performance of this version is. Waiting for half a minute to be able to use the search feature which is the only alternative. Please do proper research among real users and divvy take away that they need. Thank you @Marcelspitz

Worst update ever. Iam not getting calls properly! Does anyone know how to switch back to the previous version?

Playback of voicemails stopped working on the latest update. Pain in the butt.

It is obvious that google wants to shut down the service. They are purposely damaging the app to make people jump the ship. Google youre becoming Msft.

Latest update makes app modern.. but makes it slow and buggy. - every time I make a call it asks me what my iphones number is. I hit "save" but this setting never gets stored and it asks me again next time I use it!?! - click.. wait.. wait.. wait.. messages finally display - SMS threads that are read show as "unread" .. app just is buggy I look forward to issues being fixed in future. This app deserves to be as good as WhatsApp!

All of a sudden (After the new update) I cant dial out. With every number I try to call it asks me if I want to link that number to my phone. When I, obviously, say "no thanks" its brings me right back to the blank keypad. This is my business phone. Please fix this problem ASAP!!

The entire reason for downloading this app is because I cant make calls while Im deployed. I also cant receive texts, which is the only way this will let you verify your account.

Google took away Favorites shortcuts (Speed Dial). There is no way to make a call with just a couple clicks and you cant use voice commands to make a call. Very dangerous to use while driving; impossible to place hands-free calls as required by law. New CA law starting 1/1/2017: driver only allows for "the motion of a single swipe or tap". Accidents are waiting to happen!!! I hope G will fix it soon.
